We look at how to talk about client cases in a way that does not trigger secondary trauma and compassion fatigue. We look at how to help employees create bonds of success with their co-workers rather than trauma bonds. We address how to help young or inexperienced workers manage their emotions while gaining confidence in their skills. Difficult team norms, gossiping, etc. are also addressed.
